Just installed unifi30 promo...

Noticed the max speed test is indeed around 30mbps but somehow when I browse Internet it seems load slow and sometimes no line. Did anyone encounter the same? Felt maxis fibre have a more stable connection.

And to anyone subscribe for the new promo, flix izzit got free 12 months as advertised coz from my iflix account it shows only till this end of Dec 2017.

Another issue is the iflix apps on the stb box unable to log in and alwiz stating username password wrong but I can able to logged into phone apps. Weird.

Anybody here who were under MU Campaign 2017 got the RM10 upgrade offer ?

Mine 30mbps was activated 29/8/2017.

I've already called 100 and was informed still not selected for RM10 upgrade yet.

Was wondering any other subscriber who registered during the same promotion already got the offer.

If call to 100 , which option should i head to after the language selection to check the rm10 promo ?

One more question for Unifi users (with standard router/modem/etc.)

Does the connection 'reset' every 48 hours? i.e. it will disconnect you from the internet and re-connect within seconds (Maxis does, for whatever odd reason..)

called tm today try that rm10 upgrade but got declined coz did not received any email or sms   

I tried, but the @unifi was fixed behind, my router is dl850
