Well, they can be used for different accounts. My friend used to subscribe to 2 accounts so one account uses port1 like all/most of us are familiar with. The 2nd account uses port2 connected to a separate router. If you have access to the BTU, TM normally locks it down, you can configure it to act as a router then you don't need a separate router. In fact new VDSL users are getting a setup like this, a single ZTE BTU/router/wifi device.

All of yours are the latest already. So you should get it real quick. Just a matter of a few clicks and keystrokes to change your 50 to 100. I think a few of us here with current equipment got their upgrade in a matter of hours.
Quite happy that it didn't take too long and well within the quoted 7 days. Well, that's assuming the TM contractor doesn't FFK me on Monday.

Not fair right? People who subscribe before Feb this year got free upgrade, then got again now. Then people who subscribe after Feb 2017 got nothing?

1. If std20 for 30mbps should be rm199. Cannot be rm179

2. If rm179 + rm10 = rm189 but you pay rm209?

if not receive any sms from tm mean not eligible upgrade from 50mbps to 100mbps?

Nothing for sure..the best go to tm point and asked them directly. Or call 100 pretend u got sms last week for the retention promotion.

Status for my upgrade order has changed to PONR. My appointment is tomorrow. UniFi, both internet & phone, is currently down for me even though optical light (PON) is green.

The last i know were, if the phone number is streamyx (analog) is impossible to be used on unifi.

Don't know yet. TM appointment is tomorrow afternoon. I'm quite sure will be getting a new modem and I expect a new router too since the last router that TM gave me was the DIR-615.

Either one is OK. Can use as dual band AP. I think I would prefer the DIR-850L, can get one more free dynamic dns. I don't mind the RGX4400 also. I wonder if they still have that.

So, if I take this upgrade, will I lose my MegaPack and do I pay RM219 plus RM10 now?

Or will they charge me RM199 plus RM10 now with free std 20?
