Anyone connected to IP range 1.x.x.x ?

It’s strange, now I am keep getting 42.x.x.x ip range.
No matter how many time I reboot still the same and the speed is totally depend on luck, not all 42.x ip give me good speed and latency, some only get half speed of my package. I am on 30mbps package. |
