Actually this building is structurally completed right? Just need to do architecture, M&E, and interior stuff? From street view, structure looks pretty much complete.

This one in Kajang already has the MRT at the doorstep and easily connected to KTM and the HSR in the future as well. Not forgetting feeder bus system to go around in Kajang itself. So I think it's already well connected to public transportation system. Personally, I don't think they will add a BRT. Just my 2 cents.For bdr sunwai, at least they spent effort or jv in building the brt... For this project, it's like a revamp effort ... They can choose to "add-value" to the surrounding Kajang bypass till the nearest ktm stn... Anyone has internal news? |
