try up from lite to 30mbps , not approve cause mine still in copper  ... even though my line can support 60mbps

Based on the attainable rate reading from DSL stat. But it also up to TM decision whether to open subscription for the speed or not.

That was when first install, after few days it changed to 4996/10999 kbps (up/down) and I can't get the full speed 10Mbps now, reported to TM they keep telling the 80% guarantee speed policy.

What solid reason did u provide for them to open port? I already emailed, called, live chat with TM regarding this matter but they keep telling me the policy of 80% subscription speed. They told me the speed that I see in my router page cannot be altered as it is audited by system, even level 2 technical support called me and I told them to take into consideration of protocol overhead still they said they do not have control over the actual rate that I see in my modem as it is set automatically with factor of power signal to the server. Finally they send technician over the building to diagnose and was informed everything is healthy. They inform the technician to check inside my unit but have to pay RM50 + 6% GST if not TM's fault is detected and able to get 80% of the subscription speed, then I declined as I know there is nothing wrong with my equipment.
The case was open and closed for few months in the end gave up, and now forever stuck with 9.xMbps speed

Is it just one time occurance or your upload speed is actually 10mbps?

Anyone have any idea which copper cable Tm use to connect from outside inside house?
My house apply the unifi lite plan since 6mths back, Contractor did came to my house check once and said the copper cable from outside into house is not supported, need to re-wiring.

Called more than 4 times still not yet come to my house to re-wiring the cable. So thinking to buy the cable and ask my friend help me wiring...

if same cable why the contractor say my existing copper cable not supported? they did show me the speedtest:
1) direct connect from outside - speed >10mbps
2) connect inside house - speed only around 100kbps only

Now again switch back to streamyx 4mbps...

So I've been using Streamyx 1mbps package. Checked with TM CS, my place is eligible for Unifi Lite (finally)

But the problem is, I've been paying only rm60 monthly (got rm50 rebate since i don't remember when, reflected in the monthly bill) out of rm110, so if I opt for Unifi upgrade, will the rm50 rebate still be credited into my account?

Anyone with similar experience?
