Yes, I gt mention we are existing customers, why kena charge. Bt then they say this is standard procedure. If u don't mind, u can cancel current account and apply new application.

Manage to resolve the problem, the TM technician finally decided to droy by my house to check the cable

It seems my Unifi is not stable..and he decided to check the TM White Box which is outside my house..and found out that the connection ( house cable to the white box)  was not properly done during the installation ( done by TM Installers ) . He did some cutting etc...and it seems at the moment my modem had no trouble of connecting back to Unifi Server.*touch wood*

That's the frustrating part is when TM technicians refused to drop by houses these days

and is there anyway for us the current users to downgrade to that, I am happy with that package

Hi guys, want to clarify something. If sign up unifi with agent and not through TM point, the agent asks for IC, bill and address and later want to get thumb print. Is this normal practice? Just worried that it might get abused later.
