Notice at hill side of this emerald hill have a TNB PMU plant there.
Wonder any study of the EMF reading done before this ? on the radio active ?

that is provided the TNB high tension power plant which can provide radioactive EMV reading in this area and must be taken and studied by independent party.
if not, have the risk of resident running to health tumors / cancel problems. hopefully SA watching the blog can elaborate further on this QUOTE(aaron1717 @ Aug 1 2017, 09:04 AM) |

I don't think so, unless buyers don't have the cancer problems with the EMV release by TNB PMU next to it.
Believe the old project at the same site had experience bad taking up, that why they revise the plan now. Freehold but no health, what the points ? unless proven by independent party the EMV reading is low and not harmful ? QUOTE(Stamp @ Aug 2 2017, 09:03 AM) I think the developer may not have any problems selling the terrace houses. It's a freehold land, has KL address and within 12 km radius to KL city centre. Alam Damai is well-connected to everywhere via highways; one can go south, east, west, north easily. The condos may be tough to sell at current market, though. 4 nos some more. I&P has a plan to launch a condoplex in Alam Damai by end of the year. It will be interesting to see how they will price the condos. |

The study is done on EMF from single individual High tension tower cable.
But what is appear in Emerald Hills site is called "Pencawang Masuk Utama" PMU, looks like triple or "x" more severe effect from the EMF c'pare to those individual tower ? Better to have 3rd party doing up the reading at side there to collect the data, for those interested QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ Aug 8 2017, 09:56 AM) It seem that Malaysia only require 20m from the centre of powerline as minimum requirement compare with 25m distance requirement in Australia. Almost no magnetic field effect after 20m as per photo below. Well even Australia only require 25m as buffer zone may indicate this is safe otherwise as a country advocate for safety and environment friendly country won't has such law imo. #post 1352 & 1344 https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3894640/+1340 |

yes, but the 2000+ units of condo residents can freely walk through your area as well, especially the linear garden when your house don't have gate, only secure by own house glass door..
with single entry, driving in/out is a hassle too...where are those extra car going to park ? probably at the road side before entering the main entrance... QUOTE(Quang1819 @ Aug 10 2017, 03:39 PM) |

Probably not up to the extent park in front of your house. But they can walk around your doorstep at liner park.
QUOTE(Quang1819 @ Aug 11 2017, 10:19 AM) Such an odd system. I thought they I have another level of security for both condo and terrace. Whats the point of condo residents entering to terrace area? Except they wanna jog, around then that's okay. But if they were to park at terrace area it'll be like invading into other people's land or privacy lol |

Best to clear the radiation reading first, conducted by independent party with data collected from the side.
PMU effect can be in range of a few hundred meters and doest not seems can be block by any building. |

Yes. TNB huge PMU plant just beside the site. but it was claimed in safety region (according to M'sia) guideline.
It is best to have independent reading from the site on the radioactive reading...if not, might have serious health problem later QUOTE(raymondksc @ Nov 11 2017, 05:46 PM) |

Can the developer reps answer this question ? otherwise, I will assume the impact to be significantly severe..
