My sis bought a type A EH condo in early of 2018 as "early bird" with  6 + 2 % rebate. After rebate the price is about RM720,000, i.e. 600psf++. She must be regret to be "early bird". Nowadays "late bird" seems always better

Last time the type C 840sqft was selling about RM550,000(before rebate).
With HOC min 10% discount, I think the price would be around RM495000. Not too sure if there is any further rebate on top of the RM495000? Or the buyer have to fork out about RM49500 as the first deposit(assume 90% LTV)? Feel the EH environment is quite nice... looks quite attractive.

I have signed last Saturday, here is the upgrade for 2 storeys terrace, not sure on 3 storeys type.
- Stair area will be having glass handrail.
- a bigger window at living area.
- Wider door for each room.
- Relocate the hole 'use as toilet rack' as it is difficult to install shower screen.
- brick finishing on the exterior
- a larger door at the entrance
- larger glass ceiling at the yard
