One sedan easily take up to 6ft-6.5ft width... 2 cars used 13ft ady so left 7ft before deduct wall thickness, and opening required.. The gate size maybe another restriction too.. |

They can build 10 show homes but still 20'wide.Buy what you can afford, perhaps push a bit more than budget bcos you probably need some motivation in job to pay off loan. |

Hi all, received call from agent. They say new semi-D will be launching soon starting from 800k onwards. Is this true? I can't search any news online for this. How was Rawang area so far? Not really familiar with that place 😂
