SA told me that next door had restarted. So VR5 started ads in June to hitch on the bandwagon. This place is facing highway/banglo n hills and train station is far away. Not many facilities but the target is for family stay.

The showroom is at the end of the shop lot right next to the site.

Exactly next to the mall, like in the pic.

12min or 7km to Batu Caves IF the traffic is clear.. lol

We'll see the progress of StarCity instead as my main concern. Would not want to live beside an abandoned project?
SA from V-Res5 even promised on shopping mall/cinema beside, hope everything is on track!

Not really familiar, choose here is because low density, 500k 1242 sqf, low down payment 1% and cash rebate summore.

wa... so confident ka... haha.... the size and the pricing is something really attractive... considering selayang to KL is not far like kajang to KL etc those kind of distance... within 20km radius to KL area.... 1242 sq ft 500k is very rare....

just signed SPA n LA last week on 9th of Sep.. bought it for own stay.. hopefully star city project can resume work n finish same time as this vr5..

Anyone know the front access gate to enter to this apartment in future? The parking access in out is at the one near 5th floor right? Do you think is it worth to buy this house for staying?

decent size for a decent pricing... i dont think anywhere else will sell you 1200 sq ft at this kind of pricing nowadays... and also low density as this... as long as u dun mind the address (which is not exactly ulu) going to KL from selayang just like going to KL from puchong... its actually good enough for own stay... of course if u wan access to public transportation and closer to KL address... u have to pay the extra price...

either ktm opposite tesco wahyu or the one at kepong subject to no car on the road....5-7minutes no issue....maybe drive there during mid night or after 8pm

this project seem like build on a small piece of land like the one opposite selayang hospial res280.... i believe res280 still having dev unit to be sell...and it is complete although smaller.....
next to this project is the star city.... last time agents told selling fast and some tell almost sold out... in fact...you know i know...plus the developer of starcity.... hm.... i think build quality so far accepted but material they use is xxxx.... after completion the speed of handling those bad workmanship also slow.. no confident....
got budget go for selaygn18.....look nice...but not sure the build quality....

Sales ppl said complete in year 2021. But now the site still not yet start construction as photos attached. Heard from friend who visit gallery said the ppl told is end Dec start construction, some said due to not even sell half of 240 units yet, so pending for construction time.

Do anyone aware that their brochure stated Tarikh Jangka Siap is when? I saw is year 2019...somethings look not right. Is it printed wrongly?

if you guy dont mind to travel further up.. go for V-residence instead of these.. a bit inside but i believe less noisy la.... the star city dont know when will resume work and the developer not really ethic enough although wellknown...
some more this new project is build on a small piece of land.... the condo behind mostly foreign workers stay leh... think twice

check carefully.. some idxxt post V-residence but in fact selling other property.... but it could be also as last time if they buy with discount....will be cheaper...below 400k maybe at lost price la... anyway... i saw price dropping month by month...

some time agent will list higher price on iproperty then following no demand they will adjust the price down again..... if no hurry on get one just monitor first....

Just went there today, Original price actually quite high?Compare Selayang area condo price. Coz the SA told me 19th floor（3parking,1208sq.ft=590K), after deducted all the fee =530K++。

well... if subsales are so easily own by nowadays ownstay buyers... developer wont have good business already with their hugely inflated price... and most of the buyers wont against subsales if they can get full loan for subsales.... buyers are not stupid... they just desperate and dun have the cash to spend only...

So anyone interested better enter at this price. If drop again will be below 500k and yes the same thing will happen.

Doubt many valuers will give optimistic or future price valuation.

as long as cover the 10% downpayment would be perfect for most buyers... and if only one or two isolated lelong case... the valuation overall wont suddenly drop to that lelong pricing level.... their valuation basis still have to based on general market condition....

To cover 10% down payment is effectively over valued. Not sure many valuers are willing to take this risks at current market sentiment.

The crane removal was done since early of last year.. However, the lights in Star City is still lit every nigh
