QUOTE(ramdieslow @ Oct 23 2022, 03:26 AM) Anyone can help where to park if wanna KL Convention Center? The basement for Hyatt are usually reserved for staff working with the hotel or menara darussalam. But you can park for free just outside of the entrance to the basement parking for free but it is exposed to the elements. Same goes for Impiana across the street.Prefer nearby Traders/Grand Hyatt Not Suria. Too far to walk This post has been edited by genesiscopy: Oct 23 2022, 06:49 PM |

QUOTE(static_365 @ Dec 2 2024, 04:52 PM) No exact / proper motorcycle parking in that building, but there is one in a building near the plaza (use Jalan Perak).Otherwise can park in Pavilion (RM2) and 5-10 mins covered walk to EQ Plaza. static_365 liked this post

QUOTE(static_365 @ Dec 2 2024, 04:52 PM) Hi All, just sharing if you are riding to EQ Plaza. You can go to Bank Islam, right behind EQ plaza for motorcycle parking. RM 2 then 2 minutes walk to EQ Plaza. |

Hi Riders,
Just checking if any of you parked at Menara CIMB beside EQ Plaza before? The motorcycle at Menara Bank Islam if after 9am sudah penuh .. Nak parking luar takut kena saman atau DBKL angkut motor .. |

![]() Anyone knows if the sheltered walkways @ SS15 lrt (or any lrt station with similar setup) is safe to park at during daytime? Will get into problem with local council? Will need to visit Midvalley quite often soon and I know the motorcycle parking there is shit, so I am exploring park and ride options at the moment. Finding the entrance is not easy if you havn't been there before. the entry point is not well marked. Its just below cititel hotel. |

QUOTE(jaycee1 @ Jul 18 2025, 10:33 AM) Why is midvalley bike parking bad? Parked there a few times. got gate and parking attendant. Parked there overnight before. Just from what I've seen on YouTube, it looks worn down and cramped, not sure if it's any different these days. I normally avoid parking my bike among sea of kapchais, because kapchai riders don't give a shit about other bikes, I got a couple of paint chips on my bike last time I parked at another mall's parking, and mirrors often being out of position since people squeeze past bikes to reach their bike.Finding the entrance is not easy if you havn't been there before. the entry point is not well marked. Its just below cititel hotel. Not trying to be snobbish here but also the demographics of the riders matter a lot, if you park in a parking filled with educated office workers it's most likely better than a large mall where the visitors are of mixed profiles. In fact in this thread itself Midvalley hasn't got the best of reviews: QUOTE(skyblu3 @ Sep 20 2022, 05:11 PM) I tried parking at midvalley bike parking before. At one time I was "stuck". Couldn't maneuver out as I have two side boxes. So whenever I go to MV, I will just park outside of the bike parking, right before the palang. and give the jaga a few ringgit. I almost got stuck in one utama before at the new wing bike parking. Had to gostan all the way out. QUOTE(ajaibman @ Sep 20 2022, 09:19 PM) Believe you, one time managed to squeeze my BMW RT with 2 panniers in the basement parking after moving a few other kapchais.. lesson learned never bring the big bike into mall parking Maybe I should get a cheap kapchai just so I can have some peace of mind parking my bike at lrt station.Or if you must in Midvalley.. find the Midvalley Pondok polis (next to Maybank), in front got a bikes parking covered with plant pots and a chain at the entrance.. you can enter there to park your bike for a while .. |

Thanks, I believe you are referring to the one here. It does look quite a bit emptier in this video.id give a ride to MV once just to find the 2nd parking lot n see what its like. id personally feel better parking there rather than risking my brakes at an lrt station. I will give that a shot and see how it goes... |

The first one you see in the vid and the later one. Although I got to the 2nd one from a different, shorter entry.I will give that a shot and see how it goes... Quite a number of big bikes there at the 2nd one. The first one usually packed. And lets face it, most motorcycle parking in malaysia are not designed for big bikes...especially ones with panniers. |
