




THis week marks my first year involvement in the bodybuilding lifestyle. I'm very contented with the results. Would like to thank everyone here for the criticism/comment and words of motivation. From now on, will be pushing myself even harder to achieve my goals.
In comparison to last month's pics, I don't see much improvement with the front portion. Maybe the current pics taken was on a shoulder and back day. It's clear that my back has improved. Most probably is due to squating. Gained another 2 kgs this month.
Need more work on chest and abs. Been slacking with my diet lately. Too much steaks and sweet stuffs. Noticed I am not drinking enough liquid and thus causing high water retention. Will improve on that too.
