all those projects should have worked together on that front, so they can provide information to buyers about what improvements to expect for the surrounding environment

Google search Bon Kiara shows mont kiara address on Jln Kiara 3 and yes, looks like TWY2 is ready to paste their advertisement on the front of the site. TWY2 small units and Bon Kiara big units then no need to fight

Seems from the road upgrade plans shared above, Bon Kiara is actually located in one of the most central part of MK in terms of access to Jalan Duta Kiara, Jalan Kiara 1, 3, 4, 5.
Compared to many other MK condo, Bon Kiara has advantage of wide open unobstructed views of MK skyline because of the low rise below.
The cheapest unit price above 1.2mil… hmm… not friendly for kecik kecik buyer like me…
Bon Kiara target buyer is more family and own stay, of course some tenants will prefer this large 2,000sf+ size also since it is new and close to GIS and MKIS.
It's unlike next door TWY2 which should be smaller units and much more investor friendly but next to highway like TWY.
Looks like each developer has carefully decided their concept based on the land location and features.
In fact this is the only point to consider buying the condo, that road is jam until cannot move. The squatters and residents also randomly park their cars.
According to Agent, DBKL has approved the road linking Jln Kiara 4 and also a bridge heading into Mt Kiara. He sounded very confident but i still take it with a tiny grain of salt cause "agent being agent".
He even told me that all the windows are double glazed, I was like really??
Anyway DBKL approval is one thing, even if approval and letters are there, it will take YEARS before anything happens cause they have been talking about this for so damn long.
Double glazed windows, if true should be in the spec sheet of their booklet/brochure of there’s one.
I am guessing the connection goes from JK3 to the back of Bon Kiara, connecting to Kasih Kiara's Jln Duta Kiara and flyover bridge to TWY1's Jln Duta Kiara
