ok so here's my history within this year from the uk site, all didn't stop by custom (I'm locate at kl)

1st batch
5kg whey + creatine 2 pack + caffeine pills

2nd batch
5kg whey + 2.5kg + oat powder

I order during minimum 30% discount so its quite value for money.
but now when I want restock.. no more 15pound shipping..
now got Msia website and currency, but increase price on powder as well.. lol dafuq

btw jz finish order from myprotein msia site, weird thing is Total Protein is cheaper than Impact Whey Protein lol (Total is more exp at UK site).

the shipping fee wont be included in the resit slip or whatever pasted on the box (even in ur email)

so as long as ur "items" din exceed rm500 and not using penang custom , u shud be fine
