ordered protein from the official website during black friday and my item held by cusotm since 10 dec. should i give them a call or just wait for few more days until they automatically release the item and send to my doorstep?

So next step is to go to the custom office and take it or just wait for them to release and arrange their deliveryman send to my doorstep?
