 FF 14 free trial hit Error Code: i2501

feel bored, and want to start a free trial, and hit Error Code: i2501, anyone have similier problem? suspect they start IP BAN, but even with VPN to UK, still hit the same problem.

I start to worry about my main account now ....

not anymore, now EUR 60 days timecard floating around 25EUR, and our MYR to EUR almost 5.0 ... bangwall.gif


btw, did you hit the same error while register for trial?

contact SE customer service and tell them what's going on. It happened to me last weeks. Apparently they're blocking random IP for some reason. I jsut got blocked after i reinstall a fresh OS for my pc.... Send in a report it was fixed after 4 days.

Hi, did you tell them you playing from Malaysia? and how you answer them?

i just contact the customer support and they ask me why i playing using EU account, i just said i couldn't find Malaysia in the list.

Yeah i told them what and why im playing in malaysia with an EU account. After i reply that email they just send me a reply email on the issues has been fixed. And ask to try and make purchase on mogstation.
