FF 14 free trial hit Error Code: i2501

feel bored, and want to start a free trial, and hit Error Code: i2501, anyone have similier problem? suspect they start IP BAN, but even with VPN to UK, still hit the same problem.
I start to worry about my main account now ....

Hi, did you tell them you playing from Malaysia? and how you answer them? i just contact the customer support and they ask me why i playing using EU account, i just said i couldn't find Malaysia in the list.
