The more eggs I take, the better I feel and perform. Currently on 20 per day, thinking to boost it to 30 soon.

the yolk is very polarizing... some say it's good, some say it's bad.

i can't be bothered to separate the yolk tho so i just eat the whole thing. sweat.gif

If you are afraid of having too much protein and eggs. then just stay away from body building and continue eating your burgers and chap fan.

So is 30 eggs feasible diet or a shortcut to obesity?

I take 5 hal boiled egg perday for few years & still kurus kering. Eat byk nasi also kurus kering.

I would be more worried about your mental state if you eat 30 eggs a day.

I ate 10 eggs a day for a month and got really sick of eggs. I started hating my life and my workout habits so I switched to other sources of protein even though egg is by far the cheapest source.

Go for other source of protein then just eggs, you'll be much happier with your meal and you also can obtain other nutrients.
Even most body builders don't take 20-30 boiled eggs anymore, I see some they switch to those egg whites in full liquid form so it can be prepared instantly without worrying about the yorks but those ain't cheap.
Keep your options open for more gains.all the best
