Rider cancelling and driver cancelling are different things.What AskarPerang says is driver cancels the trip, if the rider doesn't show up in 5 min.
OTOH, if rider cancels the trip after 5 min, driver will get cancelation fee even if the he/she hasn't arrived yet.
