Just wonder if you guys really need 128gb space? cause the price jump from 32 to 128 is huge...

Depend on your usage, like me I'm a person who like to take pictures and videos but don't really have the time to delete them. Probably do housekeeping once every 6 months lol. From iPhone 5s 32GB then iPhone 6 64GB currently using iPhone 7 plus 128GB.

I'm currently on SE and am interested to get the 7 plus for it's dual camera.

Is the camera far superior in comparison to 7 and SE?

Personally I prefer the 7 size but there's no dual camera for the portrait mode. I'm heading for a year oversea for Working Holiday soon and will be taking a lot of photos hence the decision for a good camera is important.

Edit: Also how's the battery comparison? I believe 7 plus is far better in battery life compared to 7 and SE.

Definitely the 7+ is the better buy. Its got bigger battery capacity and extra lens.

If you need portrait photography and a bigger battery, then definitely go with the 7 Plus. If size is a concern then wait for the iPhone X which will also have dual lens for portrait photography but the price will be at another level

Well you could scout online for some discounts off the retail price but if the difference is just 200-300 then I'd rather buy from mac or machines.

For me is whether to sign maxis plan with iPhone 8 Plus or wait to sign maxis plan for iPhone X

I personally won't sign any plan because it will be more expensive than the retail price.

P.S. I'm a Maxis fanboy.

If u love the small size of SE, and thinking the 7 size will be just as convenient and worth the trade off of smaller battery, lack of 2nd cam, lesser ram then u might be disappointed.

I loved the 5s and when I changed to 7 I realize even if it's not too big it's not the same as the true compactness of 5s, so I switched to 7plus after a few months. No regrets

The plan is good, if you have never owned a plan, your current plan is expiring soon or your company provided you the offer to change or etc.

In the nutshell, the retail price will always be slightly cheaper than those contracts & the gap is not significant huge.

The subsidised price is still unchanged from previously before Apple adjusted their prices. So I would not recommend signing for an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus an right now.
