hi.. want to ask. iphone 7 plus is charge with 20W adaptor will it effect its battery life ?

iPhone 7 doesn’t support 20W charger

The max it can go is 12W( iPad charger ), usb PD not supported as well if not mistaken

But I charge with 20w charger today, it’s work with my 7 plus. After charge my 12 pro max

It would still charge but would max out at 12W

Guys how is the performance of iPhone 7 in 2021? And it seems that the iOS 15 will not be supported.

Will it be an issue ? Like will we still get updates for apps like Facebook WhatsApp and etc?

Probably still works. Issues will likely be missing out important security updates and fixes, and features that require newer specs.

7 will get iOS 15 this year but it'll be the last update for it. 6S will be the one excluded from the updates this year.

dropped my 7+. screen cracked. normally replacement cost 1k?? might as well buy new one or upgrade 11 or 12. what to do with damage unit? how much can get if i sell this cracked screen, some scrathes on frame & battery about 76%?

Survey shops for price first. even huawei p40 pro screen around 8xx. Where did you get 1k? i think around 5xx-6xx for 7+. Or maybe lower than that. You can search the seller in this forum first.

Why machine & switch? Other local shops don't have? I believe there are many shops that solely repair apple only.

RM1K sounds about right for repair from AASP ( Apple would replace the entire screen assembly)

Other shop = 3rd party repair, screen may not be the same quality as original

Just make sure that the home button is carried over to retain the home button + fingerprint functionality

besides the battery degraded, the phone still works wonder.. im using it since day 1 till now!

Hi, wanna ask. iPhone 7+ cannot turn on, plug in power but nothing happen.

It happen suddenly blank and cannot turn on and charge.

u can try asking 3rd party repairer whether can help u on the repairs or not and survey the cost of repair...
if too high... it's time to get replacement

Recently my ip7+ is having charging issue. It charges when I plug in the charger to the charging port but after sometime will stop charging and I will have to remove and insert again.. I suspect it is connection problem, but could it be due to weak battery? Battery health is at 77%

Another question is, ip7 plus display resolution is 1080 x 1920 pixels, 16:9 ratio (~401 ppi density) while iphone 11 (standard one) has 828 x 1792 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~326 ppi density). Is the loss in resolution for ip11 noticeable?
