Is this normal? my iPhone 7 turns off at 0% then after a while(while powered off) I was able to turn it on at 3% but then it shuts off after it finishes booting

Currently it’s running iOS 12.1 and also I noticed my phone cell signal locking to 2g for some reason when there’s 3g/lte signal

So far it’s ok, didn’t notice problems with it other than the battery and cell signal locking to 2g( probably phone problem)

For the 2g issue , the issue Didn’t seem to appear on another iPhone 7 running the same build(beta) as this iPhone.

I can't seem to downgrade to ios 12.0.1 it keeps going to recovery mode

Only apple can replace with original battery

3rd party can’t get supply for 100% original battery( if you are going this route choose wisely because Apple won’t service your phone anymore) and the battery health function may stop working

On windows, iTunes will still be alive, on Mac it’s dead, you’ll need to use finder to manage your iPhone on macOS Catalina

The cheapest way to fix it and retain Apple service/ support is to go to AASP in Malaysia

If you don’t want Apple support/service then got 3rd party but you’ll need to do proper research as once you go to 3rd party, you can’t go back to Apple anymore, also the parts at 3rd party may/most likely not be original parts

The article you put is for Mac..... this is iphone, different- Mac uses MacOS, iPhone uses IOS

Clean your phone storage then, offload apps you don’t use to save space, delete photos that you don’t need

It’s up to you, even though the device is out of warranty and you send to 3rd party service, AASP would not service your phone anymore( even out of warranty)

iPhone 7 doesn’t support 20W charger

The max it can go is 12W( iPad charger ), usb PD not supported as well if not mistaken
