QUOTE(jumpstat @ Oct 3 2017, 07:53 AM) Much improvement on the battery on ip7, iOS 11.0.1 Overnight drop was 1% last night. It does need a few days to 'settle in' and normalise. [attachmentid=9195027] Indeed. Can see some marginal improvement since I've updated to 11.0.1. Overnight drop was quite insignificant compared to 11 I also additionally turn off certain background app refresh as per some online battery saving tips. Ie. Youtube

QUOTE(Shedarian @ Oct 3 2017, 02:21 PM) connect your phone to a laptop/computer with itunes. once it's synced, there'll be a phone logo (or it just enters automatically) then a summary page, you can check for update there.

QUOTE(williams2011 @ Oct 4 2017, 08:56 AM) Yup! But it does not address any issue on old phones Yeah it doesn’t. But at least it shows they are addressing the issues. Perhaps latest model gets the priority while older models have to wait further.

Add few hundred you can get MY set, why risk yourself? They are providing "Aku Pau" warranty instead of international warranty based on the description. Hence, once you send to them, they will get local repairer to fix it and return to you.
