Bought Samsung Evo 500gb from them. The selling page states it's a 5 years warranty. I called Samsung Malaysia to get a confirmation, turns out the warranty period is just merely 6 months. I then immediately filed a return request, however got rejected by ClickAsia saying that they do provide one year seller warranty, without any justification or apology. My complain case is still on-going. Will never buy from this seller again!! Untruthful advertisement. I wouldn't care much if my purchased item is lower price, but Samsung Evo 500gb I bought it at around RM800... and to get 6 months warranty and not 5 years really pissed me off. And it's very hard for me to be convinced that the seller will honour their words for the one year warranty provided judging from how they handle the matter.

Anyway, this is just my experience. Delivery wise, yes they are very spot on on that. Other than that, not so much.

Anybody have the same problem of being stuck at the payment page? I have applied the voucher, and it get stucked and I couldn't apply the voucher again as it says I have already redeemed it.....sad...

Bought this item. The seller is still stating 5 years warranty over there where as a matter of fact, they have replied me that they will only provide one year warranty from their end.

For no.1, I would like to know how can I check whether my item is local or parallel import?
For no.3, will drop them a message later and see how it goes..
For no.3, I will try to seek for their help, but it's hard for me to request as I didn't buy the item from them in the first place.. A bit pai se with them.. Wonder if they will still help me on this or not...
For no.4, I have checked, SSD is not mentioned at all under IT & Business Related Products...

AmbleAction has replied me on my query as below:-

For your information Amble Action do not carry Samsung SSD model EVO 850GB therefore we cannot comment on this, the models which carry by Amble Action will cover5 years limited warranty.

However you may contact the seller in 11 Street to solve and get solution for this if SSD faulty over 1 year from the dated of purchased.

Get the distributor’s contact list from the seller and contact the distributor to clarify the product warranty process.

I have emailed 11street to follow up on my complain as well. They assure me that they will come back to me on this. I will see what to do next after I receive their reply. Will further enquire on their distributor's contact. Hopefully the warranty period is intact and save me the hassle of returning the product...although highly unlikely..fingers crossed.. If i knew there is so much trouble for purchasing Samsung SSD, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place.. sad.gif
