Very not normal this time.. although I know shopback mentioned wait 48 hours at least.. but it has never been this slow... almost 18 hours already since purchase but no update yet on cashback.... hmmm....

Mine purchase around 1140pm ... I think mostly all after 11pm got issue based on feedbacks from user here....

I returned an item and asked for store credit... after 1 week did not get any email on voucher... so I just called Lazada this morning then I was told since payment is credit card the refund must be via credit card as well... but told me it will take 5 to 15 biz days so I have to wait further ...
