u know what?lazada has detect ur ip that u r from east malaysia. so even u change postcode, lazada will not allowed item to be ship to ur place.

try to use ur mobile app with mobile data. plz do not connect to wifi. mayb can work

yes, applicable to all members as long as you pay with that particular card which is having discount on that day. Yes, discount got cap depending on cc. Like today HSBC i think is cap at RM30.
