Highest is full hd which is 1080. Original vios not good on low light.

Yes you can take off the dvr wihout damaging the tint. But it's not an easy task.

1. I only installed anti-roll bar (rear, bottom). 16mm. I think it improves the stability of car. I drove it for 2 weeks without the UR bar and decided to install one. To me, the effect is significant. Better in cornering. I didnt install the front bar (inside front boot).

2. One of the weakness of vios is noise from tyres (still better than some models in market). better let those who have installed it answer you. Sound-proof increases the car weight.

I have friend doing soundproof of car. Strictly speaking it will not void warranty because it doesnt involve re-wiring or cutting any electronic stuff.
The soundproof of car door and floor only involves the opening of plastic door trim as well as the car seats.
However, i am not sure if Toyota SC will use this as excuse to void the car warranty. You may check with service advisor who usually entertain you during car service before you go ahead with the soundproofing work.

best i got 16.64km/l. the worse i got 10.82km/l. the best because i drive mostly on highway. the worse because i drive like a maniac. if leisure drive around city can get average 13+km/l.
