If I'm buying a second hand 2021 Vios, am I still entitled for the 5 year warranty?

You can enjoy the ongoing warranty, but not a renewed 5 years.
Check back when is the first JPJ registration date on your VOC, that's the start date of the 5 years warranty.

Get the service booklet if there’s any from previous owner.
After JPJ ownership transferred, send a copy of latest VOC and insurance cover note to Toyota Malaysia (or u may ask Service Centre) to transfer the ownership under your name as official owner.

Continue to service the car under Toyota SC to keep the warranty validity.

Does the Daihatsu Safety Rigging affects Toyota Vios? Based on my reading, it only affect Toyota Vios 2023 onwards, which used DGNA.

Not yet & didn't know. Where did you heard the news? Can share source?

Edit: I am wondering if anyone can help me diagnose this sound. My NCP151 Vios has this sound (gu-rug-gu gu-rug-gu) on the front driver side, when driving slow (10-20kmh). I check the area and found my lower arm bushing has crack on it. Also found my absorber cover drop. Is this the cause? Should I replace both? Left side still ok though

So far driving is quite bad. When I go through the speed bumps strips, it's loud and very hard.
It's also understeer during roundabout.
