Cap ayam Rim

Tyre (before) = Conti CC5 185/60 , Tyre (after) = Michelin XM2 = Yap.

My knowledge about car not good.. hope can understanding

back tire still new so change front first to michellin see got more grip or not, but no car still wander. mecahnic say can let him check wether is strut, ball joint, or electric issue, as i done alignment and check using computer system in service center, they say no problem is vios charecter

Since b4 and after changes tyres sizes are same, 185/60 R15, most probably cap ayam rim makes the driving behavior changed. Cap ayam rim is steel, aluminum alloy, carbon fiber or others? Estimate cost ?? Including balancing and alignment??

I believe is cap ayam not ori japan volk racing.. since foc i also dont want Q him so much..fren, just want to know a solution to lighten my steering feel.. cause i'm not a very car guy..

Since b4 + after tyres changes were same sizes, and the only change is the sport rim. believed that you put the same air pressure to tyres too.
Option to consider:-
1. Weight the original sport rim and write it down.
2. Need to spend little cost to go tyre shop and put back original sport rim, test it on the road and decide what fit you best.
3. Weight the Japan FOC ultra racing sport RIM and write it down.
4. Use yr wisdom to use original or Japan imported racing FOC sport RIM?? Need to spend tyre shop labour cost.. IMHO and solution to you.. Alright?? Will Michelin tyre/ rim material also affect the steering feeling?? Also related too.. go to tyre shop to determine the correctness steering feeling..

is CAP ayam rim, but i had a hard feeling that one of the struts is having issues, i do tried to air in the tyres, and yes the steering does feel lighter, but not to the expectation and no free play on steering wheel. Does Soft suspension any effect on steering respondsiveness ? sorry really no info and kosong about car thinggy..

Need to try few avail options, to identifying the correct steering feeling. For any engineering students, they will learn how to determine and apply lean manufacturing concepts, like FMEA, RCI, 5W1H, 5S ..etc to solve any obstacle. Rather than early assumption which may not applicable, nor the root cause.
Experience may be relevant, but is it the real issue?

Bro i just share my budget way to improve handling that i installed ULTRA RACING REAR ANTI ROLL BAR and the result is improved significant ! Due to budget and i haven't put in front strut bar or else the handling is better. Sport rim i no idea as i no make any survey but what i know is u change ur tyre to 195 size will help you bit for your handling.

we need to visit every RIM factory to understand the MANUFACTURING concept before place order?
As i know, User feeling is the most important and second is the price. FMEA, RCI, 5W1H, 5S?sorry i am from kampung school and donno wtf is that.
Please dont ask me to google it what is the meaning, i prefer seek help from rim expert.

For me, I Noticed kampung Vios mostly got just normal rim, instead of urban city whereby Vios got GX / TRD rim..

that's what I recommended option, to revert back original sport rim and use right wisdom to determine the steering feeling..
FMEA, SPC, 5S, root cause analysis(RCI), poke-yoke ..etc were for any engineering students during tertiary education.. not for you.. read comprehension level well too.

Your GX rim is just a thin 15x5.5J rim that have the look only, it doesn't gain any performance or stability either. Don't make it sound like all other rims in the world is just pure shit and only GX rim is the only rim that can do anything.

And please... keep all the alien terms for your work not in car forum. Not all people working in manufacturing like you, different people have their own working path. Only manufacturing engineer is the king? You try talk this to doctor, maybe the doctor will even give you some medicine thinking that you too stress with your production line.

We don't want to have that feeling where still need to stress looking at all these even after work. All we want here is useful information sharing among all car lovers.

I not only got Vios with GX Rim, myvi car, and also father's inherited quite new Conti turbo car which got much better specs.. hmm..
