this new house is Luxury Apartment concept
luckily my wife chose 1st floor
easier to life tank

If u know how to bargain, they can give u less price i think

be careful coz jardini eat a lot, if feeding superworms, try count how much u feed him everyday
keep it with that amount, for example, 10-12 s/worms
that guy still small & the chance getting dropped eye is there, so beware

dropped eye = not beautiful maaaa

Better buy steel stand coz tough & well built
If u buy wooden table, it will not long last as the steel stand
Unless u will be putting smaller tank like 2 footer below, wooden table would be nice

I just use IKEA side table as the stand for my 2 footer,
place another hard wood on top of the table for more stability
put polisterine on top of the hard wood & the tank
