It seems to solve it by having stable and 4G+ connection. But this is first day using it. Need to try few more days before I cancel Celcom plan and pay RM529.

Hi all, Im using i150 with B618. When using speedtest app (Ookla), the speed can go up to 120Mbps, but in reality is very slow speed, slow loading page and image, slow whatsapp and cant watch youtube at all.. Try to speedtest using fast.com and the result less than 1Mbps..

Anyone having this issue? Am I have been scammed by digi?

Don't believe what those CS helpline or live chat. OUTAGE/DISTURBANCE or MAINTENANCE or UPGRADE is just their practice to tell customers.
Waiting n waiting for weeks/months, the end result is that your location is far from the cell tower. NOT SURE, there is really any maintenance or outage.

This Digi Infinite plan is ONLY BEST for those who live near the Digi Cell Tower. Even living in the same "Taman".
e.g. = your friend live a few block away from your house : he could get 80mpbs DL/15mpbs UL - feel less congested,
whereas you only get 30mbps DL/10mbps UL - you will notice the congestion very badly.

But that just stupid, right? upgrading our speed without upgrading the facility. Later people flock on the connection with higher speed = everyone also slow. So what's the point of "upgrade 2x speed for free"? knn

noticed my area b7 just got upgraded to 20Mhz bandwidth.. upload before this just around 18..20.. now it's 38.. 40Mbps+

You're not alone. The following was taken using a B618 at 10:50 PM in Bukit Jalil (despite it saying Sri Kembangan) 

In my case, there was never a time when I can get decent speeds during 7PM - 2AM, it has always been throttled to around 0.5 - 2 Mbps during those times.
I would use a different service, if there's a better one. RM 150/month & not being able to watch Twitch, YouTube or Netflix during 7PM - 2 AM is a real bummer

Well my sister open youtube stream at 1080p without buffering,while me stream at 480p buffering.
