Yeah, digi is doing thing behind. Same situation, when the plan freshly out, can get 40mbps above. now only 1-5mbps. So much inconsistency
Seems like digi is trying to slow down infinite users stage by stage with excuses of congestion stuff.

Hey guys, just made a switch to i150 from Digi Prepaid. What's a reasonable speed for this i150 4G on iPhone 6?

I got around
10-20mbps in KL Sentral.
0.5 - 5mbps in Tropicana City Mall PJ (my place)
5-10mbps in Mid Valley
5-10mbps in Damansara Jaya
10-15mbps in Pavilion Bkt Bintang

Is this a reasonable speed at all? I'm pretty frustrated as I think I deserve better speed with 4G. The Digi CS is just not helpful, always blaming the maintenance issue. Has anyone tried threatening them with a complaint to SKMM/ KPDNKK and did it work?

Hi, can I actually request Digi to deploy LTE Band 7 at my location? It seems DiGi only has LTE Band 3 deployed around here and i can only get max speed around 50mbps.

so far no disappointment, only call up digi once to report band 7 disappear once,. they follow up pretty well, and within 48 hours, band 7 is back in action with more stable speed,..

i have to give it to digi as they are really improve in customer service and technical service too both

is there a way to lock a certain tower?

My router randomly connects to either Tower 1 or Tower 2. When I do a speed test, tower 1 speed has around 70mbps. But when I start to download something, the router switching to tower 2 which has speed around 20mpbs only.

My youtube always hard to load, it stucked for a few seconds then load @ 144p resolution. Any face the same problem?

Digi should really upgrade their infrastructure for i150 plan then.

The highest Speedtest I ever got is 91Mbps. Average speed these days is around 40-50Mbps. Can't complain much. A happy camper.
