Huawei E5186 cat6 able to use Vo-LTE?

hi guys, I just apply plan i150, normally at night start from 7pm until 11pm internet speed really drop until 1-2mbps?

  This is really unfair to others. Maybe I should try to request terminate see what they can offer

I've just bought the Huawei Router, E5186-22a, previously I was using E5186-61a which doesn't work with the CA and it seems to be very low for the speed. After I've switched or exchanged to the -22a, it seems to be better of course I bought for RM850 though, saw in taobao a lot cheaper =/ but yeah.

Question though, how do I change the setting for the antenna? Ive just flashed the firmware to Imt but still couldn't find the changing antenna to external/internal as I'm planning to buy a stronger one.

Bought my 150 plan yesterday but still no email from digi. Normally how long it will take for them to send the sim card?

Cos I tested myself with 4g sim and 4g phone. Whenever I am inside my house, do not have line at all. No point using digi infinite when have zero coverage indoor. However if I am outside house, full LTE is available.

Ya i think i will stay with celcom as well since the unlimited speed is capped at 5mbps. must be damn slow.

Guys there's this coupon area when applying to port in to infinite 150. Just wondering if anyone has any code here to share?

It's pretty much on the borderline between green and yellow zone when I checked using network cell app. This was the best I got so far, around 7Mbps. But this is right beside my bed, don't think I would want to place the modem right beside me

Under digi's coverage map it says the outside should be covered with LTE-A/4G+, but the phone I'm using now does not support it so can't really test coverage for that.

anyhow, the fxcking gdex is ass hole, after 2 working day still can't receive my sim card from them, end up waste my 10buck to get replacement in digi center and use it immediately on my phone.

I just bought myself the Digi Infinite 150, and was thinking of getting either the Huawei E5186 22a or 61a.
these routers have a R11J telephone port.

My Questions are.

1) Can i use my normal landline TM house phone and plug in here and call and receive calls? If no, what type of phone can i use? To call in and call out?

2) If i want to increase my Digi Signal to increase speed, can i use a external antenna with this router? if so could you suggest some good ones? the cable will be quite long to place it on my roof, would this in anyway affect anything due to the distance of the cable?

3) besides the bandwidth of the 22a and 61a, is there any other difference for me to buy either one? i saw one was around Rm 600 and the other rm 800?
I appreciate any sifus who could tell me more on this matter.

May i ask if this router can control broadband speed for users i specific under a IP? or have Qos options? If no can anyone recommend a similar router with simcard that can do this and has a telephone port? or any other way i can achieve this? i want to make sure one person doesnt hog the download speed from downloading a large file

So you have the router. nice ok. So there is no way i can do broadband control. pity.  you mention the 3rd party app. you said need to add it everytime. means every day?

i did think about trying to connect another router with that by using that router as a repeater or AP i wonder if it would work, the from that router give out another set of DHCP IPs to control the speed.

Im currently using TP-LINK 300Mbps Wireless N 4G LTE Router on the infinite 150.
i get around 12mbps no higher than this.

you mention when you make calls it drops to 3G, how long does it take to get back to 4G? or it wont? you need to reset the router?

Because my line was newly MNP from umobile to Digi within 30 days, so I am not sure if this is the reason that I am not able to change to infinite 150.

My umobile MNP to digi postpaid 50, is this consider a new plan?

What if now I change to digi prepaid and can I change to infinite 150?

Im just gonna put a external antenna to get better signal and speed. i did try it on my handphone outisde. can get up to 20+mbps.
another bro suggested i try using a 4g repeater or a booster if got the $$$ ...

wow your speed is quite bad in your area. the location i want to put it is quite isolated and i get around 8-12 mbps and my upload speed around 9-15mbps.
where is your location ?

Yeah of course it has antennas have you tried this mimo antenna on your setup ? its quite cheap.

Because after I changed to Digi 50 only I realize that my data utilization is more than I thought. (Umobile has free data for Waze and Spotify which contribute to majority of my data usage, but the coverage sucks big time).

Besides, I think the upfront payment need to be paid sooner or later isn't it?
