How much is the HD DVD add on (RM)? Where can I get it?

I heard from my friend over the weekend that in Singapore, there is an offer right now for a HD-DVD add-on plus 5 (not exactly sure how many) HD-DVD movies and Transformers is on the list. Is that true?

Can someone confirm this? 

They don't have ready stocks, right? I don't remember seeing it when I was there a few weeks ago. Only saw the Halo 3 wireless controller. Hahaha. Maybe he has hidden it somewhere.
