Any news on Limbayong? Heard the technical is closed and SIP went through a round of negotiations 17 Oct.

I would assume it is commercial negotiations but i dont want to assume.

Anyone could confirm on this?

Heard that the virus is affecting deliveries and work schedules for offshore projects at China yards - will our local fabricators, Sapura, MMHE and MISC etc. be affected too?

I read last night that their operations will continue, staff will be paid, etc. Lummus has been sold and the shares will be delisted, so looks like shareholders will be holding worthless paper.

They are still hiring because every week got staff resign. Nobody want to do the job then how to recover from bankruptcy

From what i heard, management told staff to stay with them to weather the storm.

Fab yards all over China is busy or max out. Many projects stuck during the period finally approved...activities across the board should be picking up soon with so many FPSOs, subsea production systems and Aramco feeding projects.

Under Chapter 11, the staff salary and benefit still remain there. But the company maybe can delay the payment for the subcon and vendor.
