In the SCM field or C&P (Contracts & Procurement), those who are expert in the Contracting for the following - Drilling, Offshore Construction & Fabrication (EPCIC) and T&I are highly sought. Very super high salary rates, but only if you have at least 15 to 20 years worth of experience.

In the mean time, Mubadala are still looking for the experts as mention above.

Bro for fabricator nothing new for windfarm fabrication. Windfarm business is blooming right now, especially in Taiwan offshore water.

Few years back, I remember I met someone from Ministry of Energy agencies (SEDA or KETTHA) who in charge in preparing the proposals for the wind farm project offshore Terengganu, not sure if the proposals being approved or not.

Now with the new Govt in place, hopefully they will relook into this proposals.
