I need a good contractor (not ID company engaging multiple subcontractors under them) to complete the work at both my condo units.

The scope of the remaining work is very simple. Probably needs just 3-4 days of work only.

1) Electrical - connect fridge, oven, replace main fuse box, check all installed switches
2) Painting - balcony sliding door, laundry area wall, touch up existing painted areas (all paint supplied by me)
3) Tiling works - skirting below kitchen cabinets (tiles provided by me). Rectify feature wall tiles
4) Install bathroom fittings -  2 bathrooms
5) Install counter top basin and tap & pipe fittings - 1 bathroom
6) Replace main water pipe connecting to water tank
7) Other minor works

This will only be about 3-4 days work so I only want contractors who have an existing workforce for the above trades ready to mobilise this week and complete all works within 1 week. Contractors must also have a good track record with reasonable prices. I cannot afford any more delays. If this contractor performs well on both these condo units, I will then engage them for my 3rd unit (house) which is a bit more extensive.

1) Kitchen.
- Change wall tile. Area about 16ft(L) x 4ft(H). Current wall tile only half wall. I want to install new tile until ceiling about 9ft height. The new tile maybe a 2x1 tiles.
- I will supply the tiles only

2) Bathroom.
- Change wall and floor tiles. Area about 14ft(L) x 4ft(W) x 7ft(H). Using 2x1 tiles. I buy the tiles only.
- Change all the fittings. I'll buy the fittings only.
- Repair pipe leaking in wall
- Repair water tank. I think the "pelampung" is broken. Spill water when tank full.
- I live on ground floor so maybe no need waterproofing the floor.

U seem to be very worried about being associated with Alan despite both of you being different contractors with different names. But are you associated with him in any way e.g his subcontractor or even Alan himself?

Because it was in this thread that this contractor was recommended and many of us were cheated. So it makes sense to warn others not to get cheated by this same contractor.

And I did open a new thread about this contractor which was removed after someone supporting Alan complained. Hence why I asked you.

Kinda shoddy work, install air cond, then ceiling work..should be the other way around..

If install air cond, then ceiling instaall height is compromised..

Future work involved ceiling,  would be messy, due to height of ceiling to slab..
