i intend to do tilling at car porch, area 18' x 29' including 2' x 2' pillar for gate.
tilling including skirting. anyone interested to quote?

in kota damansara, if buying a subsale landed house, no renovation done to exterior works, but only works done inside the house such as tiling, cabinet, piping.. does it need approval from MBPJ?

Is this a common terms and conditions on ID and Reno quotation?

Yes, I engaged him to design.
The t&c is stated in the design fee quotation.
Deposit has been paid before design/3D drawing.
After 3D drawing, I appointed him as main contractor.
But at the end, deposit forfeited.
I am wondering what does “all construction scope” cover?

I need help to get urgent quote for my terrace house in is it possible sir? small hse only 20 x 60 new.

basic interior and maybe some ideas or tweak to do a nice compact wet kitchen with sink and washing machine area if possible.

so basically i need help on the following :-
