I'm planing of doing some reno for my house with the below area:
1) front porch - cover the floor with concrete and also knock the wall for the gate to make it bigger.
2) plaster ceiling for the entire ground floor (with light installation).
3) Change the fencing (u-shape fencing), I want a galvanise steel
4) rear porch - cover the floor with concrete
5) Paint the entire house
6) Put in additional plug points
