Hi, can I get some info on the units in between Rimbun 1 & 2.Agent told me there is one lot for gov staff, now selling under subsale. Living hall and bedroom cement flooring, just the kitchen & toilet tiled.
How does this units compare to rimbun 1.. Thanks

Price range from 645k onward. Anyway it is a bare/basic unit. Meaning u may need to fork-up 100k to 200k for renovation. whats the future plan with SP setia taking over the landbank of bandar kinrara and I&P? read somewhere that SP is relooking into maximizing the value of the remaining landbank at kinrara. meaning more highrise? or some commercial?

Just visited to Kinrara Rimbun 2 construction site today. Take some photo. Overall Rimbun 2 is much nicer and bigger compare to Rimbun 1. Anyone know end lot vs corner lot price? wish to get 1.

ATTENTION ALL RIMBUN 2 house owners!!!!!!!!
The house number is not the same as the unit number on SPA!! Developer claiming that unit number is not the same as address number. I checked with a friend from KPKT - and he said sometimes developer manipulate the situation and we have to check with pejabat tanah. Developer will blame the Majlis Perbandaran for number allocation. Real story is , the developers are the ones who submit the unit number to MPSJ.
If the house number is going to be different, they should then inform during purchase. This is cheating!
Please go and check your house unit number ASAP.

 Hi kaki bks, do u guys know what's the future development of land plotted A & B by SP Setia? Massive land cleared at area A, would it be high rises? Btw, this area is near BK8 & BK7 Bandar Kinrara, tq
