How is the house? I heard it is 24 x 70, FH and 915K onward?

still left 5 units for none bumi, 30 unit reserve for bumi. if u interested try to call sales office to check the date of bumi unit release

Tnb reserve land will not change. The TNB substation is the outdoor PMU type.

Super ugly. The Substation might be build soon as INP engineer did informed that they had shortage power for new developments as well as nearby new developments.

INP drop the price just to sell before TNB built the substation.

INP is currently converting bungalow land to terrace house at BK8. Similar case as alarm impian.

Heard from SA said the TNB reserve land is a slope terrain, not flat. So it is hard to build substatiob...
Anyhow, she maybe bias or hide some information

It is a slope terrain. Even if there is a substation, i dont see how is this affecting the residence in any way?

RIMBUN 2 - Phase 6B4

In between, there is 6B3 which dont even have gate wall( looks like some low budget terrace ). What is the name of that project? Anyone knows?

Some people might dont like to stay near substation that totaly with expose outdoor bare equipment, high tension cables, poles and big outdoor transformers).

Some people like to stay beside substation (China house even build below high tension cable).

It will depend the mentality of the people.

For terrain, there is no issue at all to built a substation, just flatern the land and built the retending RC wall.. so easy.

I like the concept of I&P classic homes. Tropicana aman - cheria is also good but paying for a land that it is technically not yours and you cant do any changes since its strata, just not my cup of team.

End of the day, no development is perfect. We just have to make the best out of everything.Coming from me who is a fussy level 9999.

Location wise : win!

p/s; cause i got myself a unit at Rimbun 2 tongue.gif
btw, 6b3 is not for sale for public. its for the Majlis perbandaran. most likely reserved for government servant.

I called I&P sale office today, only bumi units is available. The demand is excessive despite closer to HTC.

By that time Pavilion2 also completed.
