I called I&P sale office today, only bumi units is available. The demand is excessive despite closer to HTC.

Estimate completion date is 2019 May.
By that time Pavilion2 also completed. You could imagine how the bukit jalil look like. |

Wondering if compared to the Seri Jalil 3 storey terrace, it even closer to HTC + PMU.
And the iproperty listing price is @ 1.6M onward. |

hahaha... i wish too, but it rather for the "safe guard" distance of the last row of house. as i know it is a "cliff" between Rimbun 2 and TPM.
