How is the house? I heard it is 24 x 70, FH and 915K onward?
Closer to HTC?

I called I&P sale office today, only bumi units is available. The demand is excessive despite closer to HTC.

Estimate completion date is 2019 May.
By that time Pavilion2 also completed.
You could imagine how the bukit jalil look like.

Wondering if compared to the Seri Jalil 3 storey terrace, it even closer to HTC + PMU.
And the iproperty listing price is @ 1.6M onward.

hahaha... i wish too, but it rather for the "safe guard" distance of the last row of house. as i know it is a "cliff" between Rimbun 2 and TPM.

As I know it is size from, 20 x 65, 20 x 70 and 22 x80. Price range from 645k onward.
Anyway it is a bare/basic unit. Meaning u may need to fork-up 100k to 200k for renovation.

Just visited to Kinrara Rimbun 2 construction site today. Take some photo. Overall Rimbun 2 is much nicer and bigger compare to Rimbun 1.
Anyone know end lot vs corner lot price? wish to get 1.
