Depending on your entry price. If you read back this thread, got someone grab 3 units at 500k nett 753sqft. If at this price it is definitely a 10 out of 10.

Only left 850sq ft, those smaller than 850sq ft all sold already, how I know? because I am on the waiting list for smaller size unit.

That price is very likely a clickbait, call and see, that's the only way to find out.

Based on my experience of buying properties, only 1 type of listing could be trusted on iProperty: 2nd hand property with actual photos of the unit.

The prices for those new launches with rendering photos are mostly clickbait. I was in MKH showrooms 2 weeks ago and people were buying cash for 850 sq ft units at 640k after discount. If really 530k for 850sq ft they will be long gone.
