Depending on your entry price. If you read back this thread, got someone grab 3 units at 500k nett 753sqft. If at this price it is definitely a 10 out of 10.

Based on my experience of buying properties, only 1 type of listing could be trusted on iProperty: 2nd hand property with actual photos of the unit.

The prices for those new launches with rendering photos are mostly clickbait. I was in MKH showrooms 2 weeks ago and people were buying cash for 850 sq ft units at 640k after discount. If really 530k for 850sq ft they will be long gone.

Last week. Not sure. I want a TOD project because I hate driving. Trying to narrow down few projects :

1. KL Sentral, Sentral Suites (1000psf) - everything
2. Bangsar South, Southlink (850psf) - Universiti/Kerinchi LRT
3. Titiwangsa, TR Residence (750psf) - I know I am late but the location is excellent. Monorail (Golden Triangle) plus it's the first/last station, connected to KL Sentral. Surely got seat every time I use to go to work. +LRT,+MRT,+free GoKLbus

I have few other options but I am bit reluctant because it is further away, I don't like spending time commuting - Kuchai Lama (Rumawip), Aster Residence - Taman Connaught. Kajang also too far away. I think Titiwangsa is the best. Plus the area got nice food and ambience of all sort walk of life. Not really elitist or posh area.

So I went to the sales gallery and ask lah, maybe rejected loan unit, maybe bumi quota. Not sure.
