 Unfair Ban/Suspend by Grab

Please write here if you got banned or suspend wrongly by Grabcar company.
Please check with Customer Support for reason if your account got deactivated, it might be car insurance, car license expired, or missing items reported by customer. If no answer given, head toward to HQ Jaya One Office.
If you feel that the ban/ suspend is wrong, please write here. Let us know why they should not ban/ suspend you.

My dad's grab driver account was recently banned. When called the CS, it says banned due to dangerous driving.
We keep asking what kind of dangerous driving, the CS simply don't know and keep saying that it is the grab team's decision and they (The CS) can't do anything.
So we wrote email to the grab support, trying to appeal. But the email reply say the same thing, that the grab team's decision is final.
I simply wanted to know what is the reason that caused 'dangerous driving'... What good is the CS for if they can't do anything? Everything just say it's Grab team's decision. As if Grab CS and Grab is 2 separate entity. What's the point of their existence..

since your dad already ban, it might be worthwhile to visit grab office. The relevant dept staff “May Be” able to provide some details face to face on some the riders comments. In KV, the drivers need to go Jaya 1 fifth floor.

seriously we are wasting our time and money to contact cs sometime.

Don't waste your time! All crap staff suffers from the deaf, dumb & blind syndrome.

Just go to help.grab.com choose deactivate account. If they wanna keep you, they will activate back your account with some specific conditions

the purpose of going to their office is not to appeal or reverse their decision in relation to the disciplinary action taken. it was higly unlikely and office staff will just told the drivers that their management already made decision based on the multiple complaints they received.

Yes, they are very arrogant because there more new drivers joining compare to the no of drivers that they suspend or banned.

the purpose is to get more information from them about the specific nature of the riders complaints for your own future improvement.....so that it rings the bell in our mind.

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to know now, what exactly did the riders complainted about.. even that info also can't provide.

Sadly there's no grab office in my part of area

Once account deactivated you cannot open back within 6 months.

That used to be the case. Lately they seem reluctant to deactivate, requesting to send another instruction to terminate account (whatever that means) or they will reactivate by a certain date. However the termination form is nowhere to be found at the website.

I was ban from advance booking unfairly as it is clearly a system error. But they will not compromise. Showed all the proof and their advance booking teaching but to no avail. Is there anything you can do or is there any advice?
