Im eating clean and workout properly but the belly fat still remain unchange.Why it happen any solution for that ?

Try to do sit up daily, it will go away soon. Avoid fatty food.

avoid drinking during and soon after meal. let food been digest 1st. i says 30 minute after dat u can drink. Avoid smoking too.

keep going. its bellyfat bellyfat bellyfat then sudden reduction. there is a period of jelly like flubber before it goes away.

U need to know that carbo (bread, wheat, rice, sugar, fruits) is the one that make people fat.


Fat is good.

eat just fruits and veg, and drink water for 45 days. stay away from rice and drinks with sugar.

What kind of workout? What's the intensity? Everyday? Heartbeat got maintain at least 115bps for at least 15 mins?
