kinda piss off right now. ordered a second unit of GPS for personal use. last month received it sent via USPS Priority Mail without no problem. now kena tahan by customs. they need an invoice and AP permit. WTF?

weird thing is it should be Into Foreign Customs the Out Foreign Customs right? last time i checked it was cleared the another day it's still in proces by custom. i check for GPS unit cannot find any in the tarif code

  Finally after went to custom office, i made some respect argument with the officer. Yes he said need to get AP but the AP is like RM 250? since it falls under telecommunication. Need to go sirim get the approval. after some long conversation with the officer, he just let me go and only "10% tax" . and the tax is off record. Without much choice left, i just paid him 10% tax to him to avoid those 'SIRIM' approval...
