owh mai, you're in deep shit, well i've been in yours before,

you sure need AP permit and pay taxes, estimation spending around RM300 ~ +

I don't think mobile phone cases need permit...
DHL helped me cleared the detained shipments a few times... End up paying custom duty fees only with 2~3 (1 working day) days of delay. so fast and efficient.

ya, i also don think that mobile phone case cause me 30% tax. But i think it due to they open my parcel & saw the bill cost 500usd so they instead want to kacau me.
So do you know any tariff code for it to declare ?

mobile phone case should be no tax, u can just go to kastam ask them why? sometimes they just want to know wat's inside because ur box is big and heavy maybe and also if the box dont have any declaration, kastam always tahan that, mine always kene, but I just go there and open infornt of the officer, show the invoice, setel. no worry, just go there and ask them. if they want to tax u, then ask them to show under what tariff code.
*
I issue another code then now only tax for 10%. I think they already open my box & they found my receipt inside. Because outside the box US side will just simply put some small amount, but the thing they fax me is the full amount of my price mean they already open my box. Want to ask if my item more than RM500 also no problem, but yesterday i already issue a tariff code 9032 (electric part) to them. Any advice ?

easier, u just go to the kastam... and clarify to them what actually u are bring in. dont worry, the kastam officers r friendly, from my experience la. just open the box infront of them (eventhou they already open it) and tell them wat's inside and show them how do u use it. that's it. if u j ust contact them tru phone, fax, i think it lotsa difficult to both party to understand.
*
Hi, i just call them & ask & tell them i asked many people who import same thing but not get tax. Then they say my item is more than RM500, so what advice do you guy give ? Should i go there to see the officer or pay RM200 tax & collect my item at Shah Alam.
