HELP!!

I purchases a Wacom Intuos4 medium tablet ( computer tablet RM990+ ) from ebay which was shipped from Hong Kong at 19th Jan 2011 and have since reached Malaysia at 22th Jan 2011. My shipping method is "Hong Kong Air parcel" not DHL or other services. I have tracked the item many time and it has not shown any progress after "Pending Customs Inspection".

Does that means that it is stuck at the customs?

I am currently in Penang, thus my shipping address.

What do I need to do? pay taxes? is the item currently in Penang or I have to go to KL to claim it?
