OK, my situation here is rather complicated and I don't know how to solve it.

I ordered a phone from Hong Kong via PayPal since I have some funds in there, without knowing that I will be charged on SIRIM permit and duty and DHL charges blah blah blah. The phone kena tahan at somewhere, DHL called up and ask me to obtain permit. Total about RM400. I was shocked since I bought the phone myself and thought that the charge already ended when I pay via PayPal. RM400 is certainly not a price that I can afford easily since my parents did not know about it.

I have told DHL when they called me that I have decided to decline the deal but yet, they still call me every week or so regarding the matter and last week, they sent me the details which they have mentioned in the phone. What can I do about this?
